Business Finder

We are seeking experienced and well-connected Business Finders to identify and introduce potential business opportunities for our luxury travel services. The Business Finder will leverage their network to connect us with potential clients, partners, or transactions in the luxury travel.

Your Tasks

Identify Business Opportunities:

Source potential clients, partners, or transactions within luxury travel, mostly, private aviation .

Introduce Leads

Present these opportunities to Sanka Investments & Acquisitions for evaluation and follow-up.

Collaborate Closely

Work in good faith and act in the best interest of the company by maintaining consistent communication regarding leads.

Comply with Legal Obligations

Ensure adherence to data protection, privacy laws, and any other applicable regulations while sourcing leads.

What We Offer

Commission Structure

Attractive, performance-based commission ranging from 30% to 50% per contract, based on revenue from each closed deal.

Bonuses

Opportunities for additional rewards based on outstanding performance

Maximum Commission

Up to €500,000 per high-revenue deal.


 

Training and Support

Comprehensive training and resources to ensure success in the role.

Qualifications

We don't expect any specific qualification. This role is in addition to your current role (concierge, executive assistant, manager, etc.)

Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities independently.

Strong network of contacts is a must

Languages: Either English, Italian or French.
